ARRAY adheres to COVID-19 protocols on our Creative Campus which may be beyond current CDC mandates.
Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination plus booster will be required for staff and audiences at ARRAY’s Creative Campus.
We will not accept negative COVID test results in place of proof of vaccination.
Please stay home if not feeling well or have exhibited symptoms of COVID-19 in the past 10 days.
Guests who have tested positive for COVID-19 within the past 10 days must stay home.
Proper face coverings / masks will be required to be worn completely covering the mouth and nose in all areas of ARRAY’s Creative Campus unless eating or drinking outdoors. Visitors will not be permitted entry into the venue without a mask.
Seating in ARRAY’s Amanda Cinema may be at capacity.

Public programs at ARRAY’s campus are free with advanced registration. Simply follow the link for each event-specific ticketing account setup. All in-person event seating is first-come, first-serve to RSVP-holders based on capacity. Program partnerships with other organizations may require a ticket fee. Please check details for each event.

If you don’t receive your ticket confirmation via email, please notify us ASAP at programming[at]arraynow.com and we will resend your confirmation. Please be aware that confirmations may be routed to your spam inbox.

Neighborhood street parking may be available. We encourage the use of rideshare services for transportation to our campus if possible.

Public programs, screenings, and events may take place online, at ARRAY’s Creative Campus in Los Angeles, or beyond. Please be sure to check the location noted for each event on our site and your ticket or RSVP confirmation.

ARRAY will generally open for in-person events 1 hour prior to showtime unless otherwise noted. If you have a RSVP, admission is based on capacity. We do reserve the right to grant access to events on a first-come, first-serve basis.

If your RSVP is for an online event, no worries! You’ll likely be able to join at any time. For in-person events, your ticket confirmation does not guarantee seating. Seating/space is available to RSVP-holders on a first-come, first-serve basis. Your seat/space may be offered to a guest on the wait list if you are not physically present; everyone with a RSVP must be in line to access the event space. We do not allow seat saving and we do not guarantee late seating.

We are welcoming you into our home; if you have a confirmed RSVP for an in-person event but cannot make the event for any particular reason, please kindly email us in advance of your showtime at programming[at]arraynow.com to release your ticket.

If you were not able to secure a confirmed RSVP in advance, have no fear! Additional tickets for events may become available the day of. Please check the specific event page for day-of ticket release information.

Due to limited capacity, in most cases each guest may secure 1 RSVP per event. If you would like to request a group RSVP reservation, please email programming[at]arraynow.com with your request. Requests will be accommodated on a case-by-case basis pending space availability.

Snack away while you join us for online events. Outside food and beverages are not permitted on ARRAY’s campus. Concessions on campus may be provided in conjunction with certain events but there is absolutely no food, gum or beverages allowed in the Amanda Theater at any time.

ARRAY’s Creative Campus is an animal- and pet-free zone. Animals or pets of any kind are not permitted on our campus at any time.

Smoking cigarettes or substances of any kind is not allowed on our creative campus or any ARRAY hosted in-person events. Neither are e-accessories.

Please be aware that some films shown during our programs may not be suitable for youth. Films in our program may include adult language, adult content, sexual situations, nudity, and/or graphic violence. Parental discretion is advised.

Both the Amanda Theater and Cinema Lounge are wheelchair accessible. If you require wheelchair seating for an in-person event, please email us 24 hours in advance of your showtime at programming[at]arraynow.com. Our campus also has wheelchair accessible restrooms.

ARRAY is dedicated to amplifying work by Black artists, filmmakers of color, and women creators of all kinds. We showcase a spectrum of artists from local to global perspectives, to emerging voices and award-winning gems, to classic and contemporary films. All points of view are incorporated at ARRAY convening cinema with conversation. This is not a special initiative. This is ARRAY’s way.

Founded in 2011 by filmmaker Ava DuVernay, ARRAY is a multi-platform arts and social impact collective dedicated to narrative change. Our organization catalyzes its work through a quartet of mission-driven entities: film distribution arm ARRAY Releasing, content company ARRAY Filmworks, programming and production hub ARRAY Creative Campus and our non-profit group ARRAY Alliance.
